Home Monitoring system is now available at Future Shop's 127 retail stores
across Canada and online at futureshop.ca. Leveraging Bell's national digital
wireless network, Home Monitoring offers consumers an easy-to-use and fully
customizable home monitoring and security solution, right out of the box.

Home Monitoring is simple to install and easy to use. From a personal,
secure website, clients can customize their service by deciding what they want
to be alerted about, and who should receive alerts and how - whether by phone,
e-mail or text message. In addition to self-monitoring, clients can also opt
for round-the-clock monitoring by dedicated professionals.

Home Monitoring from Bell offers a broad range of capabilities, including:

- Be alerted to unexpected entry: Clients can choose to receive alerts or
have alerts sent to designated contacts, such as family, friends or
neighbours. Or they can elect to have the Bell Professional Monitoring
centre monitor their home on their behalf.

- Avoid hazards and costly damage from events such as flooding or fire:
With home safety devices such as water and smoke detectors, clients
will quickly be alerted to potential hazards at home.

- Remotely monitor a cottage or rental property: Clients can use remote
management capabilities to know when a second property is vacant or
occupied, to arm and disarm the system, or be alerted about issues that
need attention.

- Video monitoring: Home Monitoring has optional video capability that
allows clients to access a live video stream from their personal Web
site or have images pushed to them by e-mail when an alert occurs.

- Know when the kids are home from school: Clients can receive an alert
at work to let them know when their children turn the system off using
a personal PIN.

The Home Monitoring Starter Kit retails for $199.99 and includes a base
unit, two door/window sensors, a motion detector and a remote keypad. A wide
variety of optional equipment is available, including video cameras, key fobs,
additional motion detectors and sensors, water and smoke detectors.
Monthly service charges vary based on the level of monitoring chosen:
Home Monitoring starts at $19.95 per month, professional monitoring services
are an additional $5 per month, and video monitoring is $7.95 per month.
